Added extended hitboxes for the bar meters. Removed the context menu as it's no longer needed. Reworked the media player controls to better complement the skin's design (the old buttons clashed with other fonts and were awkward to use due to the skin's resizing function).
This prevents the skin from moving and lets users set a fixed height for the Now Playing info, if so desired. This can be disabled via the DisableHighlights option in variables. Button/bar hitboxes are now highlighted on mouse hover. Note: Default player is set as CAD it can be changed via the variables file.
